Raid Requirements: UPDATED: 12/8

1. Invite priority will go to Raiders, Vets and Officers.
2. Secondary priority will go to Conscripts.
3. Be in Vent with a working headset that doesn't make peoples' ears bleed. You really need to have a headset, being able to communicate is vital to quick raid adjustments and progression
4. Have the best Enchants and Gems and be Gem'd and Spec'd correctly if you expect a raid invite
5. 5 Flasks and enough potions to last the whole raid night (Yes I know that's an extra hour of flasks, no I don't care how much it costs)
6. Be ready on new content nights, know the fights, know your job, stay out of fire, and be ready to wipe if that's what it comes to.

After a few weeks of grinding progress we finally cleaned everything up for this crazy long fight - great job everyone - see you at the Blood Queen


Lazy Update
After the clusterfuck on loot week one, here's a happy picture of us clearing ICC for the non-believers. Got the achieve on the first kill.

This encounter needs more RP...


Hello ICC
Well, the first boss in ICC was about as challenging as the trash leading up to him. Marrowgar was dropped in a few attempts yielding our fist three ICC epics as well as a BoE epic later. Grats everyone who got loot.

No Bones About it...


BLACKROCK IS FULL
... so we left.

Unfair Advantage transferred from Blackrock (US-PVP) to Sargeras (US-PVP) - no faction change of course.

What a great decision, we left Thanksgiving week, hoping to recruit over the week where people were out with families and would try to resume raiding the week after. And by resume we figured, get back into ToC25... maybe some a few pugged players (shudder) but I mean, hey we were traveling to a new world if I could go so far. What we got was more than a few indians...

After talking over a few days (and eating ourselves both obese and retarded) Unfair Advantage gained a huge member boost with the dedicated addition of the <Offline> raid-core. The weekend looked promising and we had high hopes for the next Tuesday through Thursday raid schedaul and to resume raiding as a full 25 man guild.

And resume we did...

To the tune of 3/5 ToGC25 by Wednesday Night. We facerolled through ToC25 as a guild, ToC10 groups, ToGC10 Groups (one group with insanity the other 49 attempts). And after a total clusterfuck through Ony25 for a few laughs we stepped into ToGC25.

A few "WTF JUST HAPPENED" attempts on Champs but then one solid and easy downing.

Time to do work on Twins and one big bug.

With 3.3 looming down on us I have no doubt that upon its release we will progress quickly and skillfully through the new raid in time to go back and work on finishing our ToGC25 goals before we stupidly out-gear it. However I am very excited to shift the focus to ICC and plan on spending entire weeks doing nothing but experiencing the rich new raid.
